Kensington is home to some of London’s finest period properties. The Victorian terraces around Campden Hill, the mansion blocks near Kensington High Street, and the elegant squares off Holland Park all have their own character, and their own plumbing challenges.
Many homes in the area still have original heating systems, cast iron radiators, and lead or copper pipework that’s been in place for decades. Our engineers understand these older systems and know how to repair them without causing damage to period features.
We work with homeowners, tenants, and landlords across W8. For property managers and landlords with multiple rental units, we provide ongoing maintenance contracts and priority response for tenant emergencies.
